[FHCx10] Bittersweet Chocolate Day

Chocolate is awesome. We can all see that. Problem is, the internet could not give me a definite answer as to what is “bittersweet” chocolate. Some say that it’s equivalent to “extra dark” chocolate, others say it’s entirely based on baking and chocolate liquor, and… well, Wikipedia is giving me conflicting emotions right now.

Still! Some bars will specifically say Bittersweet, so let’s get to the point here: Chocolate.

AK picked out some beautiful chocolate bars for us tonight. We don’t have immediate access to SP‘s favorite French chocolate from Hevin, but this suited us nicely. Our general feelings on these chocolates were…

Theo’s Sea Salt was a salty, sweet combination that altered the kind of bitterness of the dark chocolate. A good find.

Tomorrow is both Milk Day and Hot Toddy day. SP is staying home sick tomorrow with a cold, and Hot Toddies are supposed to cure what ails ya. It’s almost like we planned it. But we didn’t. He’s miserable right now. Poor baby.
