[FHCx139] National Cheese Souffle Day

Eggy cheese bread!

TODAY IS NATIONAL CHEESE SOUFFLE DAY!

We were scared off last time by the word souffle, and entrusted it to the folks at the Yardhouse. This time around, we faced our fears and made a souffle, thanks to an incredibly easy recipe that SPom handed off to us. It’s not exactly traditional, but souffle can only be defined so well.

A bunch of grated cheese and 2 cups of croutons

3 eggs and 1.5 cups of skim milk

Pour it in there and bake!

It was really good. But as mentioned above, it was eggy cheese bread. We could have done a lot worse, we’ll say that! 4 ingredients to make a delicious dinner is hard to argue with.
